Training across a wide range of disciplines

Whatever sector you’re in, there’s always more to learn, whether that is to meet industry guidelines, achieve accreditation or simply to develop complementary skills that can be used in your day-to-day working life. Shine Learning and Training Centre CIC in Luton was founded fi ve

years ago by Marielle Jewels to off er an alternative education provision to children and young people, and has developed over the years to include a full range of courses aimed at businesses across a wide range of disciplines. Delivered online and on a one-to-one basis, Shine Learning

and Training’s courses cover many aspects of business knowledge including health and safety training, business skills training and health and social care courses. Courses can be purchased by subscription where the courses can be delivered to as many users as required, or as bundles, where you can buy multiple courses with a multi-buy saving. T ose undertaking a course are awarded a certifi cate on completion at no extra cost. Marielle said: “Businesses might imagine that one-to-one training

would be expensive and time-consuming or organise, but our tutor- led interactive courses prove that’s not the case. T e benefi t of one- to-one courses is that the work proceeds at the pace required by each

individual. T ey can go over the learning content as often as required so that each employee gets the optimum learning experience, and by taking things at their own pace, the knowledge will be retained and so properly applied to keep the business compliant. “In addition, off ering an effi cient and fl exible

way of delivering training means a minimal loss of productivity.”
