Aubrey Allen in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire. With GCSEs in Maths,
English and Science, Daniel is doing Level 2 Trailblazer Butchery with Crosby Training and has been apprentice at the Warwick Street shop under
tuition from shop manager Simon Kelly for two years. Eighteen- year-old Daniel is still to finalise his decision for the Ready to Eat category but is keeping it simple with a Sage and Onion Stuffed Pork Shoulder for the Stuffed Roast category. Premier Young
