Spring is finally here, and in this edition, we bring you plenty of exciting content and fresh ideas. In the wake of London Fashion Week and glamorous global fashion shows we reveal how the fashion and clothing sector, valued at £32 billion, is booming and globally mobile.
In early March we celebrated International Women’s Day, at the Institute of Directors in London, with a lively Think Women Event which combined creativity, discussion and shared experience. Full coverage reveals how international women can make a difference in the workplace and for young girls around the world. Discover keynote speaker, Lauren Toure’s three-step process to help create a more inclusive workplace.
We also share tips on managing an aging workforce and examine the challenges facing expatriates when they return home. There are some tough lessons for employers who get repatriation wrong. Can social media and technology make a difference and is this an area for some new research? We welcome your views.
We invite you to come and join us on the 14 and 15 May for the Festival of Global People at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel in the heart of London’s tech district. This lively, interactive conference promises to be the international management event of the year. On the first day try new things and take the opportunity to engage with our global mobility, diversity, talent and leadership experts. On day two we work together to explore change, trust and employee engagement. We hear inspirational speakers and explore inclusion and diversity and the future workplace.
The winners of the Relocate Awards will be revealed at a fabulous Gala Dinner on the night of 15 May – with high energy entertainment from Bamboozle. See you there!
