SHOW FEATURE

THE dual shows Tip-Ex and Tank-Ex combine as a key national UK event for tippers, tankers and bulk haulage vehicles. Taking place in its traditional spot in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, the event is a must-see for skip, waste and haulage companies, no matter what size their fleets.

Two years ago, Drain-Ex, the nation drainage, wastewater and buried services show, joined Tip-Ex and Tank-Ex to co- host the event and now is bigger and better than ever.

When exploring the halls of the Harrogate Convention Centre, the gardens of the Majestic hotel or the exhibits for Drain-ex in Hall G there’s something for everyone at Tip-Ex Tank-Ex 2019.

On with the show

Located on the Majestic Hotel car park, you will find a huge array of essential suppliers, such as DAF Trucks who will have examples from the DAF Construction Range on display, as well as the now legendary Edbro-sponsored Crackerjack Barbecue - make sure you get there early to reserve a seat in the sun! You’ll also find the Hiab tipper grab competition, returning to Tip-Ex Tank- Ex after its success last year as well as Thompsons, Transport Conveyor Systems, and Wilcox.

30

Renault Trucks will be showcasing two vehicles from its strengthened Ready for Business bodied stock range: a C430 muck-away tipper and C460 8x4 aggregate tipper, and a rare chance to see the T520 High Sport Limited Edition. Continental will be exhibiting smart tachographs, tachograph data management solutions and telematics packages suitable for any sizes of fleet, and Barry Napper will be exhibiting examples of its on-board weighing equipment.

Among the Majestic Gardens will be found the finest tippers in the country, including L Townend, Harsh, Thompsons, Pelican Engineering... the list goes on! You’ll see Swan Commercials; MV Commercial, Van Hool, Tankquip and Feldbinder (which has some pretty amazing new innovations on show that we’re currently sworn to secrecy on ‒ so make sure you visit stand ML2-3!).

Inside the Harrogate Convention Centre, throughout Halls A, B, C and M, you’ll find a multitude of exhibitors including Scania, Vehicle Weighing Solutions, Harsh, Abba Commercials, Thompsons, Approved Hydraulics, Kel-Berg and many, many more.
