WHILE the Letsrecycle Live 2019 exhibition will feature some notable leaps in technology, sometimes it’s the simplest ideas which really make the biggest impact.
SETCO will be proudly displaying their clever rubber cutting edges for loading shovel buckets, which reduce floor damage, noise and fire risk.
While steel edges are excellent at cutting into hard material, they are abrasive to concrete floors, loud when they are used scrape off muck and have a risk of creating sparks.
Most of the material handled by waste sites, however, is rather loose and the downsides of steel edges can cause major operational headaches.
Rubber cutting edges are made from durable natural rubber that unlike steel, will not wear out your concrete, because it's softer, and will not spark.
SETCO requires only the bucket width, bolt size and bolt quantity to equip a loading shovel with the right parts and stocks plenty of sizes in the UK for fast
delivery. Rubber edges can also fit on telehandlers and skid steer loaders.
