The new WristPIT from Pinpoint is a bespoke personal infrared patient call transmitter designed to be worn on the wrist. Enabling patients to activate a call even if they are away from their bed or a fixed call point; the device is water resistant and incorporates antimicrobial product protection. It is also recessed and surrounded by a bump guard to prevent false alarms; and is backward compatible and easily integrated into existing Pinpoint Systems. Polyflor launches adhesive-free safety flooring collection
Polyflor has launched the Polysafe QuickLay PUR Collection; a loose-lay safety flooring designed for adhesive-free installation in busy environments where sustainable slip resistance is a priority. The specially- formulated studded emboss on the underside works as a barrier, allowing moisture to escape from the subfloor, and facilitating installation over new concrete floors of up to 97% RH. The unique double- sided Polysafe Quicklay tape is fitted around the perimeter of the room, securing the flooring in place. Bender UK opens new operating theatre showroom

Edinburgh charity opts for Gerflor flooring solutions
When health and wellbeing charity, Thistle’s Centre of Wellbeing, in Edinburgh needed a new purpose-built building, it also required flooring for its gym and meeting rooms. Project architect, 3DReid, wanted products that would contribute to the overall aesthetics and functions of the facility and accommodate the needs of those who use it.
