project for its clinic in Rijswijk, a small town close to Rotterdam. Due to an extensive and exciting programme of planned redevelopment, refurbishment and extension at the clinic, Bergman needed a temporary, modular solution to ensure its orthopaedic patients could be seen without any delay to their treatment. They approached Young Medical to help develop
a solution and one which could “go live” within three months. Managing Partner at Young Medical, Rob
van Liefland, explained: “We began working with Bergman in March 2019. Since then we have helped design a solution that meets their specific needs. We have built the modules from scratch and the first procedure in their temporary operating suites took already place in June.” “The requirements were complex. To

clinic to continue to offer a range of orthopaedic procedures - including hip and knee replacements as well as back, shoulder, hand and feet for between eight and 12 patients a day. Rob said: “Using this temporary solution,
surgeons and their teams can continue to provide procedures in a high quality and well-equipped environment. Patients can have their treatment in comfort and do not have to travel to another clinic or wait longer for their treatment. ” Young Medical is an experienced and
