Result launches new multilingual website R

esult Clothing now offers its comprehensive website in French and German, as well as English. The new multilingual website will now also allow customers to see technical product information in both French and German across the full Result range.

Customers can easily switch between the three languages by clicking on the country flags at the top of the website page. Having product information including material type, waterproof and windproof rating, decoration type and technical spec all available in French, German and English online will allow customers from key markets to browse more efficiently and improve their experience.

Managing director for Result, David Sanders- Smith, said: “We recognise that half of our customers are international so having our Result site more technically legible and available to the two biggest markets in the EU is a sales courtesy to all our customers there; it was a natural step for us to take. We anticipate our SPIRO, Headwear and Work-Guard sites will follow, as will the number of languages.”

Goldstar introduces pen made from coffee beans

C

offee beans make up one of the ingredients of the new eco-friendly Espresso pen from Goldstar . 30% of the material used to create this plastic ballpoint pen is made from post- consumer recycled coffee grounds, reducing the overall plastic required for manufacturing. Even the look – the cappuccino colour of the barrel – stirs thoughts of the warmth of coffee.

This new pen also brings nature to mind by having a textured pattern on its barrel that is reminiscent of a pine cone. The full colour logo applied using the ColourJet technique on the wide pocket

clip will clearly show which eco-minded brand or company is giving this stylish and engaging gift.

Colin Loughran, general manager of Goldstar Europe, said: ‘It’s a pen that recipients will talk about proudly and a pen we are proud to talk about too, as it meets the needs of so many eco-minded organisations."

Result already offers it popular Ready to Brand directory, which is available online as well as in hard copy form, in a number of European languages, including French, German, Italian and Spanish, as well as English, and has recently brought out version 5 of the directory to include Polish. Providing a multilingual website is a natural progression of this offering.
