eliminates breakages of its ceramic drinkware collection in transit. With breakages becoming more apparent via increasingly automated courier hubs, the promotional industry has to apologise to clients more often and go through the time consuming, and costly, process of reparation; Listawood claims it has engineered a solution to counter this problem.

Listawood states that its MugSafe packaging has shown 100% success in BETA testing over a six-month period, right across Europe.

At the time of going to press the Essential team were preparing to represent their business at the Chamber Business Awards Gala Dinner on Thursday, November 28 at Tobacco Dock in London. This award follows Essentialʼs triple win at the SME Luton and Bedfordshire Business Awards in May.

Ms White added: “The feedback has been tremendous. MugSafe clearly ticks all of the boxes.”
