Print.Inc acquired by Involution

eeds-based Involution has acquired
Print.Inc following the garment decorator’s liquidation on Friday, July 25. Involution purchased the brand and its assets on Wednesday, August 20, ensuring a stable future and community for
Print.Inc customers.

Bluestar Alliance acquires Dickies for $600 million

luestar Alliance has signed on the dotted line to acquire Dickies for $600 million.
The global brand management firm announced it had reached an agreement with previous owners, VF Corporation, for the iconic American heritage brand on September 15.

the Dickies brand’s growth by leveraging our consumer insights and operational excellence to unlock its full value for all stakeholders.”
Nathan Cook, Involution operations director Bella+Canvas releases inaugural impact report B
ella+Canvas has released its very first impact report which highlights the steps the garment manufacturer is taking to improve its sustainability progress and commitments.
The report includes performance metrics from Bella+Canvas’ main locations – USA, Nicaragua and Honduras – between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. 2024 saw several highlights for

the manufacturer including the maintenance of its WRAP Certification across its US production facilities and sewing operations, as well as earning the Fair Labor Association accreditation. Bella+Canvas also hired its first US-based sustainability lead and completed its first greenhouse gas inventory and lifecycle assessment. Looking ahead, Bella+Canvas plans to invest further in renewable energy across its facilities, launch waste reduction initiatives, and develop emissions reduction targets in response to its baseline assessments. The transaction is expected to close by the end of CY2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
