Brand new to the range, Xpres launches its fi rst DTF cutter with the introduction of the Neolt XY DTF Cutter Bundle. Designed to deliver full automation when paired with roll systems using media widths of up to 800mm, the Neolt XY Cutter is equipped with fi ve vertical cutting blades, ensuring seamless and precise automated cutting. It can cut transfers from 134mm wide (when using 800mm media) or from 100mm wide (with 600mm media), maximising productivity and fl exibility for a wide range of production needs.
Neolt XY DTF Cutter
This state-of-the-art cutter features innovative mechanical movement that enables users to adjust the angle of the roll media with ease. Built for performance, the cutter also includes an internal compressor that powers the media feed’s pinch roll and the pneumatic vertical blade, ensuring consistent, effi cient operation across every job. With a smart interface, you can choose between two main programs, including automatic mode (programmed size and number of copies) and mark mode (two marked lines for automatic cutting). With this feature set, the Neolt XY DTF Cutter marks a signifi cant step forward for DTF workfl ows, delivering speed, accuracy, and automation from start to fi nish.

Flexibility in production As demand grows for fl exible and high-quality garment printing, AJS has expanded its DTF range with two new additions: the Niji DTF 40S, and a newly improved model, Niji DTF 60.
While the Niji DTF 60 is already established in the range, this latest version introduces upgraded features to enhance performance and reliability. The 40S is the newest model, offering a compact, high-performance option for space-conscious setups. The Niji DTF 40S is a streamlined, all-in-one unit built for smaller production spaces. It supports up to A2 print size (42cm wide) and includes integrated powder shaking, an electrostatic pure air unit and dual Epson i1600 print heads. The adhesive recycling system helps reduce waste and improve effi ciency, making it ideal for short job runs.
Niji DTF 40S
The latest Niji DTF 60 delivers next-level performance for growing production needs. It features twin Epson i3200 print heads, a redesigned ink delivery system, a high-capacity heat ramp and an upgraded control panel. A humidity monitor boosts print stability, while easy access panels simplify maintenance. Together, these enhancements ensure smooth, high-output performance. Both machines feature automatic ink circulation and run on Niji Create; an intuitive, production-friendly software with repeat job capability and automatic nesting to reduce material waste.
