Stahls’ opens Fulfil ONE to advance print on-demand production


S


tahls’ has announced the launch of Fulfil ONE (SF- 1), a new fulfilment centre designed to set a benchmark for print on-demand (POD) services. Based in Chesterfield, Michigan, the facility brings together Stahls’ newly developed Fulfil Engine software with a range of decoration technologies, enabling one-off production across categories including apparel, patches, UV DTF drinkware, engraving, packaging, wallpaper and wrapping paper. Among the processes on offer is LIQUID 3D, promoted as the industry’s first 3D emblems produced on-demand. According to Stahls’, most orders will be manufactured and shipped within 48 hours.


The business highlights sustainability credentials with a zero-inventory production, the use of eco-friendly inks, recycling initiatives and energy-efficient methods as ways the


model can help reduce waste and emissions in the apparel industry. The site will also serve as an ‘innovation lab’ for product testing and demonstrations, with plans already


underway for expansion into Europe through Fulfil ONE EU.


The company says SF-1 marks the next step in applying that legacy to the growing POD market.
