The Transfer Press has been the sole UK distributor for the Art Brands transfer range for more than 20 years and has recently reinforced that relationship with the company’s new management. Art Brands are the sole worldwide licenced printers of transfers for Ford, Shelby, Betty Boop and Steamboat Willie among a number of other properties, and its overall stock range comprises designs featuring a wide range of subject matter – including the complete library of X-It and Wildside.
But the Art Brands stock range isn’t The Transfer Press’ only solution for garment decorators, as it can create its customer’s own designs using Art Brands custom processes including spot-colour, four-colour process and its patented Solar-Trans process which remains black and white until exposed to sunlight or UV when it morphs to full colour. Rhinestones and rhinestuds are another Transfer Press success story – the company offers all the component stones, studs, stencil material and carrier sheet you need to enable you to create your own designs but its custom manufacturing service has created designs which have been seen everywhere from the Eurovision song contest and London Fashion Week to local cheerleading groups and dance studios.
