P&P LIVE! 2026 Sabur Digital

Visitors to Printwear & Promotion LIVE! will get a hands-on look at two major additions to Sabur’s SABTEX lineup – the SABTEX 20U Pneumatic Heat Press and the SABTEX TS20 Dual Station Heat Press. Designed for professionals who demand accuracy, speed, and reliability, both models bring real-world production advantages to businesses of every size. The SABTEX 20U raises the bar for high-pressure heat pressing at an accessible price point. Powered by a pneumatic pressure system, it delivers consistent, evenly distributed pressure across the entire platen, ensuring fl awless results from lightweight tees to heavy hoodies. A generous 62mm pressing gap widens the machine’s capabilities, handling thicker substrates without manual adjustments. Production effi ciency is at the forefront of the 20U’s design. Its full draw-out lower platen and full threadability make loading, unloading, and aligning garments smooth and intuitive. Operators gain clear access to the workspace, reducing errors and speeding up overall workfl ow. A quick-change lower platen system further enhances versatility, allowing users to switch effortlessly between projects.

For high-volume producers, Sabur is also showcasing the SABTEX TS20 Electric Dual Station Heat Press – a powerhouse built for the fast-paced world of print-on-demand.

With two independent heat press stations, professionals can maintain continuous production while minimising downtime. The standard laser positioning technology ensures pinpoint accuracy, or if you upgrade to the HD projection system, users will benefi t from the ability to display accurate artwork image projections directly onto the garment.

Accessible via the integrated tablet, the HD projection system gives users real-time control of artwork size, rotation, and placement.

Both machines come with an optional addition of up to 12 different platen sizes and shapes, made to make life easier, as well as a consistent temperature through design, meaning the press has a consistent temperature across the plate surface of ±2°c through production. • Visit stand P34 to fi nd out more.

Roland DG

Roland DG is returning to Printwear & Promotion LIVE! where the spotlight will be on the TY-300 DTF printer – now with double white ink.

Launching this month (January 7) it is built to keep shops running longer with less intervention, the TY-300 introduces four white-ink cartridges, reducing ink changes and enabling extended unattended runs while maintaining continuous circulation for stable, high-density white printing.

Productivity remains class-leading, delivering up to 10.9m sq/hr in standard mode and 17.48m sq/hr in high-speed mode – nearly 50% higher output than many comparable DTF systems. Dual print heads, optimised firing patterns and efficient drying support clean, consistent CMYK + white layering with minimal grain or banding. True Rich Color enhances gamut and smoothness, while a four-channel white architecture ensures uniform opacity and crisp detail even at speed. The TY-300 integrates with VersaWorks RIP, certified films and powders, optional shaker/dryer automation, and RolandCare support. S-PG2 inks are Oeko-Tex Eco Passport certified. Rob Goleniowski, head of sales for the UK and Ireland, said: “Printwear & Promotion LIVE! is a key event for Roland DG, and we’re thrilled to be back.

“This show allows us to connect with customers, understand their challenges, and ensure our solutions meet their evolving needs.”. • Experience these innovations at stand H30.
