P&P LIVE! 2026 Screen Print World

A trio of new pieces of equipment will be brought to the show with Screen Print World.

Starting off is the air press slide pro dual heat press, designed to make transferring smarter, smoother, and more consistent. Constructed with high-end materials, four swivel casters, a safety light curtain, and a built-in air compressor, and on-screen air-pressure control, the dual heat press is where speed and style meet safety.

The upgraded heated platen and automatic pneumatic system enable even distribution of temperature and pressure, creating bold and vivid transfers even on larger garments. This is a heat press designed to elevate production: dependable, powerful, and built to meet the demands of modern print shops.

Next is the M&R Starlight Exposure Unit. Rather than traditional metal-halide lamps, the M&R Starlight Exposure system features multiple UV LEDs which deliver rapid exposure and uniform coverage whilst maintaining precision. This significantly shortens the time it takes to make your screens while using far less energy at a lower temperature. Vacuum and exposure times can be specified through a digital touchscreen controller which stores up to 24 different profiles. The unit arrives assembled inside a steel cabinet ready to deploy and once it has been, it shuts itself off when done. There’s also a variety of safety features such as Light-Loc technology which instantly disables the light source if the blanked frame is opened and gas shocks for fluid frame movement.

Last but not least is the M&R Qwick Klean. It is built entirely from stainless steel, and designed to take one of screen printing’s messiest, most time-consuming jobs and turn it into a fast, automated process.

Operation is easy, with a touchscreen control panel, saved cleaning cycle preferences, and a wide-lid design. The unit can process up to an incredible 72 pieces per hour. The cleaning chemicals are even recirculated, which reduces environmental impact, lowers operational costs, and keeps operators safe. A final freshwater rinse at the end of each cycle ensures thorough cleaning, and protects squeegee rubber from degradation. • By visiting Screen Print World’s stand at J10 you’ll be getting ahead of the curve with what is latest to the market.

TS200-1600 dye sublimation printer

Hybrid Services

Hybrid Services will bring two significant recent additions to Mimaki’s textile and product decoration portfolio to Printwear & Promotion LIVE!, with the new TS200-1600 dye sublimation printer and the UJV300DTF-75 UV DTF system both making their event debut. This is the first opportunity for garment decorators, promotional product suppliers and sportswear manufacturers to see the technologies operating together at the event.

Its wide gamut ink set, including fluorescent yellow and pink alongside extended orange and violet options, supports accurate reproduction of corporate colours, seasonal palettes and specialist design work.

The TS200-1600 provides a commercially focused option for businesses looking to upgrade output quality while maintaining manageable running costs.

Perfect for producing everything from teamwear and other sports apparel, to promotional and decorative items on both rigid materials and polyester fabrics, the TS200 raises the bar for ‘entry level’ wide-format sublimation systems. Alongside the TS200 at the show, the new Mimaki UJV300DTF-75 demonstrates the potential of UV-cured DTF printing for decoration, branding and personalisation of solid items, as well as fitting neatly into short-run manufacturing workflows.

The easy-to-use system delivers high-definition graphics, vibrant colours and an opaque white ink, allowing businesses to produce premium promotional products, corporate gifts and bespoke merchandise with consistent quality across small to medium volumes.
