Below are some of those companies bringing new kit to the show.
Adelco
This year at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! Adelco is demonstrating three game-changing machines that are transforming how printshops are operating.
The popular Adelco DTF inline system handles both printing and cutting, with an excellent ROI, and low cost per print. This machine has been tried and tested with much acclaim from the industry. Together with its specially formulated ink that ensures consistent vibrant colours that last.
The Adelco Reaper is a clever robotic arm that automatically removes shirts from both single and double belt dryers and stacks them neatly for packing.
With no more repetitive manual handling, teams can focus on skilled work whilst the reaper handles the heavy lifting; literally. Fully customisable and integrates seamlessly with any workfl ow, it gives users a competitive edge and a saving on rising labour costs.
The Digibox hot air electric dryer is the perfect solution for DTG printers from entry level to level 3. It is designed to meet the high curing demands of digital prints from popular DTG printers such as Epson and Brother models.
A small footprint with a powerful oven, that can grow at 1m increments as and when needed.
An 80cm wide belt and automatic belt speed control, gives you precise timing down to seconds for complete control. This has all the benefi ts of larger machines while enabling customers to reduce their carbon footprint. • All of these pieces of kit will be on display at stand C30.

J&B Sewing Machine Co will use P&P LIVE! to showcase a complete decoration workfl ow – with the highlight being the new 30cm Audley UV DTF fl atbed printer, which publicly debuts at the show. The compact UV DTF fl atbed is designed for printers who want to expand beyond garments into hard-surface products such as bottles, phone cases, signage, promotional items and more.
With its 30cm print width, crisp detail and durable UV inks, it allows users to produce vibrant, full-colour transfers that can be applied to a wide range of substrates with excellent scratch and chemical resistance.
The system is built to be production-friendly, with reliable media handling and an intuitive interface that makes it suitable for both growing print shops and established decorators adding UV DTF to their existing services. Paired with J&B Sewing’s installation and UK-based technical support, it offers a practical way to bring UV DTF in-house without the uncertainty often associated with unsupported imports. Alongside the new UV DTF fl atbed, J&B Sewing will also be demonstrating Audley 33cm and 60cm DTF with new low energy shaker unit using only 1300w. Its textile decoration printers give visitors a choice of compact and higher-output setups for T shirts, workwear and fashion. A fully automatic dual electric heat press will be running on the stand to show fast, consistent pressing with minimal operator effort – ideal for busy production environments.
