EXILE Technologies

At P&P LIVE! 2026 EXILE Technologies will be launching the all-new Hornet direct to mesh system said to be equipped with technology that has been 10 years in development.

It eliminates all the steps in the conventional screen making process by imaging a unique printable emulsion directly onto the screen mesh using a proprietary encapsulation technology.

The Hornet eliminates the need for a darkroom and all of the common steps of conventional screen making are bypassed: no emulsion coating and drying, no fi lm positives or ‘computer to screen’ stencil imaging, and no exposing and developing of the screen.

There is also no water waste and drying time. Instead, a clean

screen is mounted onto the Hornet and the emulsion is jetted onto the mesh as a negative print image. The printable emulsion is UV cured as it is printed and the imaged screen can then be mounted straight onto the screen printing press. It works with all common screen mesh counts and almost all brands of water based, plastisol and reactive inks.

The Hornet produces pixel-sharp imaging at 1200 or 1800dpi resolutions with a frame size of up to 25x36in (635x910mm) are supported and the Hornet is compatible with most common screen press registration systems. Hornet D2M is powered by SCREENMAKER RIP software for imaging colour separations quickly and easily direct from your chosen graphics application. • To fi nd out more make sure you visit stand K32.

GZ UV H6090-EI | 26 | January 2026 www.printwearandpromotion.co.uk

YES Group

YES Group is bringing its GZ UV H6090-EI to P&P LIVE! 2026, a new piece of kit that represents where small-format UV production is heading.

For the past year, there has been a growing demand from customers for reliable, compact UV solutions that don’t compromise on capability.

Many businesses want to diversify into signage, promotional items, and bespoke items, but without the footprint, cost, or complexity of larger industrial systems. The H6090-EI is said to answer that need exactly, hence YES’s enthusiasm.

It features three Epson I3200-U1 print heads, a camera positioning system and bottle printing option. It delivers crisp, high-resolution results and offers CMYK+white+varnish for creative fi nishes. Yet it remains accessible to a wide range of users, from established production houses to studios taking their fi rst step into direct to object UV printing.

With a 600×900mm print area and the ability to print onto substrates up to 180mm thick, the range of application possibilities is enormous: personalised products, plaques, retail items, packaging prototypes, custom branding, and more.

For YES Group, P&P LIVE! is always about sharing what’s new, what’s exciting, and what can genuinely help businesses grow. The H6090-EI ticks all of those boxes. It’s a machine it is proud to introduce, and the company looking forward to demonstrating just how far small-format UV technology has come. • To see it in action, visit stand G10.
