If you want to see a new screen print carousel in action then head over to the Screen Print World stand, where you will be able to see M&R’s Copperhead Rival. These presses are the benchmark in automatic screen printing presses, combining highest quality components, leading-class craftsmanship and high-speed production to create an outstanding press at an affordable price. An electric indexing system enables extremely smooth and quiet operation, while electric printheads, tool-free squeegee/ fl oodbar adjustment, pneumatic screen frame clamps and independent squeegee/ fl ood speeds provide operators with all the time-saving features needed for quick setups. Also on stand will be the Copperhead Charge; an electric conveyor dryer. The unique design can easily cure water-based, plastisol and DTG prints with its advanced airfl ow system and edge-to-edge heat chamber. Stocks range of embroidery machines


STOCKS EMBROIDERY SOLUTIONS Head over to the Stocks stand to see the brand new production model of the fastest embroidery machine ever live at the show! The ZSK R-TYPE prototype was at last year’s show, and Stocks now has the production model available. With a mesmerising top speed of 2,020 stitches per minute, the new R-TYPE is a true workhorse with the fastest running speed of any industrial embroidery machine. See the new R-TYPE standing alongside the much-loved Racer SF Series with fast colour change and head selection.


Other machines on display will include; the Brother PR series of commercial embroidery machines available in six and 10 needle options, the ZSK Classic series, ZSK single head machines and the ZSK Sprint 8 single-head. See all of these machines on stand G30.


THEMAGICTOUCH M&R’s Copperhead Rival


TheMagicTouch is keeping quiet about the launch of its new equipment at the exhibition. A new Ricoh CMYK toner-based printer is expected to be introduced. This is a new process for full colour decoration of standard ceramic mugs regardless of colour, as the demand for short-run (non-white) mugs continues to grow beyond all expectations.


Under the DTFMagic brand new innovative DTF printer models are expected to be launched. These models will suit needs and demands from entry-level to commercial production. Together with upgraded automatic fi nishing and curing units, along with the latest in HOT PEEL DTF fi lm, Kodak Inks and a full range of DTF supplies and consumables.
