Polytech Pro AJS EMBROIDERY SERVICES
The team at AJS is looking forward to exhibiting at Printwear & Promotion LIVE! 2023.
As 2022 ends there is an air of expectation that 2023 is going to be another good year.
The new Polytech Pro is the game-changing next step for the direct to fi lm market, giving the end user the ability to achieve a larger more accurate colour gamut with the aid of the additional four spot colours to the machine, the fi lm roller supports are now three-way adjustable and the additional fi lm stabiliser fans have increased vacuum.
A Bofa Oracle pure air unit is the only dedicated fume extraction for the DTF printing process in the UK. Designed from the ground up and tested on the Polytech Pro, Bofa International is the chosen partner of AJS for its printing and laser divisions.
The Oracle is designed, built and supported by Bofa in the UK. The extremely large fi lter capacity and high airfl ow ensure the air pressure remains constant, giving a better feel and handle to the fi nished transfers. The Oracle uses a four-stage method of removing the contaminates from the air before venting to the outside with the aid of particulate, hepa gas fi lters with an automatic fl uid drain.

Another exciting new product is the Texjet NG range of DTG printers. There are three models in the NG range with variable price points to suit different production levels. Kornit Atlas Max
that can offer DTG and DTF, so there are no application limitations.
Third up is Coloreel the instant thread colouring solution that will work in conjunction with the Melco modular embroidery
machines on show. See how the system cleverly combines print and embroidery to produce full colour digital artwork in stitches with minimum fuss. It is a natural progression for on-demand businesses offering embroidery as well as print.
Finally, take a look
at the Uninet IColor 540 white toner printer. This A4 printer gives you an economical way of printing full colour prints on dark or light-coloured textiles and hard substrates. Charlotte Darling, director at Amaya, says: “It’s great that the continued innovation in this industry gives us the opportunity to show new ideas each year to our customers.
