M&R developed the POLARIS by merging the durability of the STRYKER Automatic Oval Screen Printing Press with the proven print engines of the DS 4000 Digital Squeegee Hybrid Printing System. Working in concert with an onboard pretreater, heat presses and fl ashes, the Polaris is greater than the sum of it’s parts.
By combining successful screenprinting traits with our advancements in digital ink delivery, M&R has removed past limitations of digital artwork reproduction without sacrifi cing cost nor quality. The compact, onboard pretreatment station comes standard on every POLARIS, which simplifi es the DTG process and reduces shirt setup touches. This pretreatment solution is what printers have been waiting for. Inline heat presses and quartz fl ashes smooth garment fi bers to increase DTG quality. The Polaris is designed to produce full-colour designs at a rapid pace, with repeatable, steady output. Epson SC-F1000 Hybrid DTG/DTF Printer
The Epson SC-F1000 DTG printer is ideal for small to medium businesses looking to utilise the fl exibility of changing between DTG and DTF printing technologies with an entry-level hybrid solution. The space saving desktop design and relatively low startup costs make it an ideal fi rst machine for expanding your operation into DTG/DTF.
By offering white ink, the SC-F1000 allows users to DTG print onto dark and light fabrics, as well as DTF. It combines Epson’s PrecisionCore Micro TFP print head technology with NVT (nozzle verifi cation technology), and uses Epson’s UltraChrome DG2 inks, reducing bleed from yellow and black while offering a vivid colour profi le that emphasises richness.
With both DTG and DTF capacity, the SC-F1000 has the fl exibility to print on a wide range of fabric types enabling customers to print on products including T-shirts, hoodies, bags, sweatshirts, and cushions, making the printer ideal for providing in-store printing in real-time.
