Tornado Springs opens


Danish theming firm MK Themed Attractions assisted UK family park Paultons Park in getting its brand-new themed area, Tornado Springs, ready for 12 April by producing and delivering customised props for the entire area. 


Meghashyam, client manager (MEA) of Semnox Solutions, added: “It has been a pleasure for us to work closely with the Modesh World team. Having done it the last year as well we were able to get such a big event live with over 250 games and rides within just 2-3 days. The famous Entertainment Event has been quite a success and its popularity has grown immensely in the last few years. I believe our cashless RFID Cards system has made guest experience much better and automated the sales and collection at the venue. We thank the Modesh team for their trust in Semnox and wish this event grows further in all the dimensions.”

Kennywood kicks off 72nd edition of Fall Fantasy Parades


Riding Hood and more, mixed in with each night’s marching bands. Fall Fantasy began at Kennywood in 1950 to celebrate local students and boost a less busy part of the summer seasons. Over the past seven decades, the parades have grown into an exciting spectacle and must-do for local marching bands and their fans throughout the Greater Pittsburgh area.


“Fall Fantasy is one of the most beloved traditions for Kennywood and our local communities,” said general manager Mark Pauls. “The parades serve as one last chance


to soak up summer before the school year begins and see the region’s talented young people take centre stage.”
