coaster enthusiasts and families around the world and create memories that would last a lifetime,” Ariie s de saiid.

Arie described the decision to close the Atlanta- area park as “an extremely difficult decision,” noting that the team had “poured their hearts into serving our guests and creating a place where families could have fun together.”

For Arie, the sale to Six Flags also offered a measure of continuity. “Seeing ArieForce One preserved and finding a new home with Six Flags means a great deal to me and my family,” he said. “Its story isn’t ending, it’s beginning a new chapter, and we are excited that future generations will get to experience ArieForce One.”

RMC’s Hunter Novotny told Park World the manufacturer was pleased to see the ArieForce One continue to thrill guests. “We’ve yet to have a coaster cease operation, and with the fan feedback ArieForce One received from those who have

experienced it, it’s apparent it’s a special ride that packs a punch far beyond its weight class,” he said. Novotny said the coaster’s reputation comes from the combination of layout creativity, unique elements, fast pacing, smooth transitions and sustained airtime. “The ride has consistently been noted as a top roller coaster by even the most traveled of the coaster enthusiasts,” he said. “We’re very excited to see ArieForce One continue to amaze a new audience in its new home.” During the announcement, Six Flags said the enthusiast community helped influence its decision to purchase ArieForce One.

“This coaster is an RMC masterpiece,” said Scott Schaffer, founder of Coasterforce and Upstop Media. “ArieForce One was rated a top coaster while it ran at Fun Spot and as someone who has ridden over 1200 coasters, remains one of my personal favorites. I look forward to traveling to its new home and riding again and again.”

Flags iconic North America collection of more than 250 roller coasters. The company has also stated it plans to keep the ride’s name as a nod to its origin and legacy. Where it will be relocated to has not yet been publicly shared. That uncertainty extends the relocation story for fans and Six Flags guests. "We are thrilled to preserve its legacy, invest in its future and bring this extraordinary attraction to a new generation of guests,” Pauls added. “This acquisition represents our commitment to delivering world-class thrills and creating unforgettable experiences across the Six Flags portfolio.” “ArieForce One is a world-class coaster, and we want to ensure it lands in the park where it can deliver the best possible guest experience,” finished Kristin Fitzgerald, public relations director for Six Flags. “We’re actively considering multiple parks across our portfolio for this epic addition. We expect to share the news by the end of this year.”
