Record-breaking steel bird sculpture lands in Global Village

lobal Village, the UAE and wider region's leading multicultural family destination for culture, shopping and entertainment, is now home to the world’s Largest Illuminated Steel Sculpture of a Bird, as verified by Guinness World Records.
With its wings spread wide, the steel falcon, a tribute to the UAE’s national bird, stands at just under 8-metres tall with a wingspan of over 22-metres, weighing over 8,000kg. The striking falcon is covered by 50,000 lights, a fantastic view offered to those looking for a unique Instagrammable spot in Dubai.
Built in commemoration of its significance to UAE’s culture and identity, the falcon structure is a dazzling display that can only be seen at Global Village, home of the newly launched Mini World, where families and friends are welcome to explore 25 miniature replicas of world-famous landmarks and indulge in international cuisines.
FaZe Clan and Rollbit announce sponsorship deal
FaZe Holdings, Inc. (FaZe Clan), one of the most prominent and influential gaming organisations in the world, and Rollbit, a leading name in the world of online gaming and entertainment, have announced a new multi- million dollar esports sponsorship deal.
Under the terms of the partnership, Rollbit will become a global partner of FaZe Clan’s Counter-Strike team, which is currently the number one ranked team according to ESL World Ranking. Rollbit’s sponsorship of FaZe Clan, focused exclusively outside of the United States, follows its recent partnership with SSC Napoli, one of Italy's most celebrated football clubs, affirming its commitment to partnering with top-performing sports properties on a global scale.
