Being named Outstanding MAT at the Education Today Awards is absolutely brilliant. Rarely in education do you sit back and take stock of what you do (because you’re always busy doing more..!) so even putting the application together was a really fruitful and fulfilling experience. Topping that was the recognition from the judges though - it really does put the cherry on top!
