HELLO 2020!

Carl Wiggman Product Owner, Push Gaming

What was the most exciting occurrence for you in 2019?

It would have to all the times we were all standing around a screen watching a streamer playing our latest release. Having worked on the game for so long, seeing those first moments when it comes to life are ridiculously exciting. We’re also lucky to have people that really do care about slots play our games, so that gives us some great and hilarious feedback.

What are you most excited about for yourselves in 2020?

Next year we’re going to launch a lot more titles than we did this year. We are very proud of the games we launched in 2019, including Razor Shark and The Shadow Order and very happy with how well they’ve performed. However, we also look forward to releasing many more great games next year. We’ve got an exciting line-up planned so there’s a look for players to get excited for during 2020.

What are you looking predicting for the iGaming sector in 2020?

I think we will see online casinos leverage their promotional products more than they have done. This will make players categorise online casinos based on the loyalty schemes they offer. At the same time, compliance is the new mobile, so the casinos that have innovative features that sit well with regulators will do well. In terms of slots, I think games with big win potential and some complexity will continue to do well. I think there will be a lot of sequels, hopefully there will be more “upgrades” than polished clones – although I wouldn’t put money on it.

Jason O’Shea Commercial Director, Games Inc.

What was the most exciting occurrence for you in 2019?

Personally, it was joining Games Inc. It’s not often you get a chance to join a real hidden gem with massive potential, so when the opportunity arose to join the team, I absolutely had to take it. As a company, it has been launching our partner Plank Games to the market. Plank Games is a small studio with a big heart and they are working on some incredible titles that will undoubtedly top the charts in 2020.

What are you most excited about for yourselves in 2020?

We have been working hard developing and improving our platform and we have done this with input from our game studio and distribution partners. By taking this approach, we have been able to create a platform that meets their needs in ever demanding markets. Our platform acts as an incredible base from which we can take Games

Inc into new markets and drive the business to new heights over the coming 12 months. All built in beautiful Solihull!

What are you looking forward to/predicting for the iGaming sector as a whole in 2020?

NetEnt acquiring Red Tiger Games

was a big surprise but I think we will see more consolidation next year among both operators and game developers. In particular, I think we will see one of the big US brands go on a bit of a shopping spree!
