EASITRAX Installation is quick and easy because

EASITRAX was designed as a retrofit to SC Advance, as well as legacy CASHFLOW SC, note acceptors. Only four components are required:

RFID Tag – An RFID tag is installed within each cashbox, where it automatically stores transaction and performance data from the SC Advance note acceptor. Antennae Board – An EASITRAX antennae

board connects to the existing machine interface card, which transfers data from the note acceptor to the RFID tag. Reader Base – An EASITRAX reader base plugs into the USB port of the PC in the soft count room. When a cashbox is placed on the reader base, data is transferred from the RFID tag into an SQL database. Synchronized lights on the reader base and software on the dedicated PC indicate when all of the content has been captured. EASITRAX Software – EASITRAX software can be used to organize the collected data and output it into customizable reports that can help operators make faster, more informed decisions.

Once installation is complete, users are able

to access and analyze their reports through a secure and convenient web portal – making it

Novomatic Croatia Selects CPI for new Grand Casino Admiral Zagreb

Winning combination of SC Advance and EASITRAX installed across entire slot floor

Grand Casino Admiral Zagreb in Croatia

has specified the SC Advance banknote validator and EASITRAX cashbox system for its October 2017 opening. This is the third casino from Novomatic Croatia to open in the country.

“We are well aware of how beneficial it is to use SC Advance and EASITRAX together, so our decision to open with these products was very easily made,” said Dennis Böttcher, technical assistant to the Board of Directors at Grand Casino Admiral Zagreb.

SC Advance, when coupled with EASITRAX,

creates a powerful cash management solution that enables newfound operational efficiencies from the slot floor all the way to the soft count room and back offices. By gathering data directly from the note acceptor and then generating reports

easier than ever to determine the best actions necessary to improve and streamline operations.

While the US casino market was the first to

widely adopt EASITRAX, the system has gained significant traction globally in recent years. In 2012, the Hippodrome Casino in London became the first casino in Europe to utilize EASITRAX. It has since spread across mainland Europe, additional countries in the Americas and to properties in the Asia-Pacific region, including Shanghai and Macau. Now, global operating giants like Sun International are taking EASITRAX to Africa and other parts of the world.

One of the most recent EASITRAX

installations was at Grand Casino Admiral Zagreb in Croatia, which opened in October 2017. This is the third casino from Novomatic Croatia to open in the country.

“EASITRAX allows us to control our cash management processes in a way that no other product can, and CPI gave us an excellent demonstration of how it can help maximize the value we receive from SC Advance,” said Dennis Böttcher, technical assistant to the board of directors at Grand Casino Admiral Zagreb. “We can’t imagine having gone any

other way but with CPI.” Over the years, EASITRAX has undergone

several enhancements – including, most recently, a new proactive Maintenance Alerts feature that allows operators to set their own ideal note acceptor performance thresholds and receive automated email notifications in the event these thresholds are breached. This helps users prevent maintenance issues before they even occur, significantly reducing the operating costs associated with downtime and service calls.

Now, looking toward the future, CPI is focused on bringing real-time functionality to EASITRAX. This next generation system will allow operators unprecedented access to live data directly from their note acceptors, even before the drop is performed, so that potential issues can be dealt with as fast as humanly possible.

“Our goal at CPI is to make our customers’

lives easier and their businesses more successful,” said Fisher. “If we can do that, we know we’re doing our job well. It’s why we developed EASITRAX in the first place – and why we work continuously to expand and enhance the value of the product.”

through its intuitive web portal, EASITRAX provides the critical insight needed to streamline the drop process, facilitate asset evaluations, optimize asset performance and improve maintenance programs. It utilizes RFID technology to automate asset tracking so cashboxes no longer need to be assigned to specific slot machines, and each machine no longer needs a second cashbox. As a result, operators can reduce valuable drop time by up to 40% and, accordingly, earn a return on investment in less than one year.

“EASITRAX allows us to control our cash management processes in a way that no other product can,” said Böttcher, “and CPI gave us an excellent demonstration of how it can help maximize the value we receive from SC Advance. We can’t imagine having gone any other way but with CPI.”

Anette Jauch, CPI sales director – EMEA Gaming, explained the importance of this

customer endorsement, stating, “We are very proud of this win. At a global level, it is clear that the management team at Novomatic know how important it is to choose the right banknote validator. Specifying SC Advance opens the door for players to physically experience the positive difference the SC Advance makes at the slot machine – and EASITRAX only adds to the returns operators get from that. Novomatic Croatia has set an excellent example for other casinos in the Balkans, and we look forward to supporting the continued growth of the Gaming industry within that region.”
