lobal casino management systems and jackpot technology supplier DR Gaming Technology (DRGT™) heads to Spain in event’s relocation from London, it’s home for well over a decade.
Hot off the announcement of a deal sealed to provide a full management systems suite and wide-area progressive jackpot for Bulgaria’s Efbet in November, DRGT™ continues to be driven by its ‘Player First’ design mantra – the very backbone of three key product showings scheduled for ICE. This, of course, in addition to its class-leading jackpots, cashless technology, and marketing and bonusing solutions.
The Company’s new drFloorManager software
was launched at G2E in October and has since been augmented following feedback from numerous operators, none less than the Merit Group following the Company’s installation at their Merit Royal Casino in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in June. What the solution affords operators is the ability to see in real time, with a how various slots and tables are performing, and who’s playing at them. Historical data is also available through this user-friendly web application, and as such it is a great tool to identify and reward players, as well as easily view and assess actual game performance.
It is that assessment of game play performance that then led to the development of drAnalytics, a further web-based application that at its core is aimed at affording operators the easiest and most intuitive way to both understand their players, and the products they offer them.
