The year has seen an emotional last ICE London event, LOADS of new products hitting the market, and some stunning new IPs hit both the land-based and iGaming space.
It’s been a pleasure to have you all with us this year. I’ve even interacted with some of you! What a treat that was (for you, obviously). You’re welcome.
We have a belting last issue of the year for you, so don’t feel guilty if you find yourself pushing your children away with a firm open hand to the face because you want to read this issue on Christmas Day. Anyone would. It’s officially “better than Christmas”(my mum said so).
We have a smashing chat with Galaxy Gaming’s Matt Reback to reflect on the year that’s passed since we last pestered him. We also have all of our regional and sector specialists reporting in (may I just give my thanks to Melanie, Sharon, Ricki, Rob, Victoria, Roy and Luis for all their contributions this year) as well as a tasty little Q&A with some of the top brass as DRGT.

Then we’re into a BIG preview section as we look ahead to ICE 2025, getting excited all the while about witnessing its debut in Barcelona. The show really is JUST around the corner. In fact, ICE is SO close that I’m expecting to find lots of unwanted handwash, smelly candles and boxes of Ferrero Roche put out on the NOVOMATIC stand in a desperate attempt to get rid of it all. Luckily the European journalists will pick up anything that isn’t chained down so it’ll go like hot cakes, I’m sure.
And on that cynical note I shall wish you all a fantastic Christmas and New Year and see you in 2025.
And please don’t eat all the green ones; they’re my favourites. Thanks
