Little Company We began with one product as I mentioned, Lucky Ladies.
We moved to offering a Pai Gow poker game, and eventually acquired patents that afforded us the ability to offer many of the poker variants we have now such as Heads-Up Hold’em, Cajun Stud, Four-Card Frenzy and several other titles. With our innovative ideas when it comes to side bets, we were able to enhance games the public is familiar with, with new and exciting bets. We made classic games more exciting to the market, not just for operators but also for the end user who was looking for something more than they’d been used to. Now we can go into a new casino and offer a plethora of
table games so they have a single company for their table game variants if they want.
CI: It sounds like the foundations are solid, but what does the future hold for Galaxy Gaming?
LG: At Galaxy, we do things differently. What you can expect from us in the future is we’ll continue to partner with our operators, enhance and develop products for the client. We’re very invested in the future of gaming and will stick to what we love; table games. A big focus is expanding our relationships with Electronic Table Game Providers to offer more of our products for players on ETGs. We are very happy that our products are available with premium ETG suppliers; it’s a testament to our products that such companies choose to work with us. They also enjoy the brand recognition of 21+3, which is our most popular product and the number one side bet in the world. This has given us the platform to do business with ETG companies.
CI: You mention that 21+3 Blackjack is the most popular side bet in the world, which is incredible – how do you measure that?
LG: It’s popularity among clients, operators, even players. The feedback we have received has been astronomical, we have not had a single removal of the 21+3 Progressive in the two years it’s been at market. It’s been nothing but positive feedback and it gives us a great platform to build from.
CI: What do you have planned for G2E, any new launches on the way?
LG: Oh, you want the top-secret information! For G2E we have some things presently in development and plan to hit the show with a bang! We’ll be showing something innovative and new. We will certainly have something to talk about, let’s put it that way.
CI: Galaxy has seen many new additions recently and the company has grown, that’s all very positive too, isn’t it?
LG: It’s a very exciting time at Galaxy, we’re growing and focusing on our future. We’ve expanded the jurisdictions we can serve, expanded our licensing and a brought on new talent including an addition to our board of directors. All of this is to relevant how we have changed with the times, and improved. We have never taken a backward step, we have always moved forward in the industry in every aspect, from products to employees. And that’s why we are a force to be reckoned with.
