na corta nota para ponerlos al tanto sobre la marcha del sector en la región, donde sigue inminente la legislación de apuestas deportivas en Perú, y por tal motivo el titular del
ente regulador peruano, Manuel San Román expuso el progreso de esta normativa como preámbulo al PGS 2019. En primera nota algunos alcances sobre este evento. Julio es mes de la patria en Perú, y hacia allá viajamos dejando una cálida Europa, a cambio de la frígida humedad limeña, donde esperamos que un pisco bien peruano nos alegre el ambiente. Demas esta decir que nos deleitaremos con las ofrendas culinarias peruanas en nuestra bella Miraflores y el resto de Lima, donde también visitaremos a empresas del sector con parada obligatoria en MINCETUR para ver de primer mano como se forja el trabajo regulador peruano. Y de ahí esperamos darnos un saltito a Bogotá para el Gaming Colombia 2019, que promete contener conferencias de primer nivel. ¡Alla nos vemos!

ust a few words to update you all on the progress of the industry in the region, where sports betting legislation in Peru is still imminent. For this reason the Peruvian regulator, Manuel San Román, gave us a report on the progress of legislation to date
during his keynote address as the preamble to PGS 2019. Our first item, below, covers this event.
July is the month of Peru’s national celebrations, and we are making
our way over there leaving the European summer in exchange for the frigid Lima humidity, where we hope that a shot or two of Pisco will cheer us and the whole place. It goes without saying we will spoil ourselves with delightful Peruvian culinary offerings in our beautiful Miraflores and the rest of Lima, where we will also visit gaming suppliers and operators. Also there will be our mandatory stop at MINCETUR to see first-hand how Peruvian regulatory work is done. And from Lima we hope to make a flying visit to Bogotá for Gaming Colombia 2019, which promises great content in world-class conferences. See you all there!
