Waters’ announce winners
A brand-new initiative launched by Waters Baths of Ashbourne to support their retailers sees Stone & Chrome of Camberley, Surrey as the winner in the first of three draws scheduled to take place before Christmas. Having invited
their approved retailers to send in new bathroom designs, Stone & Chrome were selected at random from all the entries to receive a FOC Coast bath with a suggested RRP of £1495 that featured in their concept.

he Kbsa has welcomed two new members into the association, continuing the upward rise in memberships
over the last six months. Independent retailers Albion Bathrooms Kitchens Electricals based in
Burton on Trent and Lima Kitchens, based in Milton Keynes were both looking for the accreditation that the Kbsa badge brings, helping consumers feel more confident when investing in their homes as lockdown eases. David Jarvis from Albion Bathrooms Kitchens Electricals said, “We
are delighted to be part of such an active association that has a lot to offer. Having to meet the criteria for membership enables us to demonstrate to consumers that we are a robust and reliable business, accredited by a credible third party.” Elizabeth Pantling-Jones from Lima Kitchens added, “As an independent design and installation company, our mission is to provide excellent products and a personal service along with superb value for money. Kbsa membership reinforces our commitment to this and helps us promote our values to customers.” Kbsa National Account Manager Allister Reed said, “We are
delighted to welcome two more new members. Independent retailers are finding the support we can provide during these uncertain times extremely valuable.”
MD of Waters said “We’ve been blown away with the quality of entries, our retailers are creating truly amazing bathrooms. We’re delighted to be able to support our customers in this way”. Anthony continues, “Give it a go… next month the winner could be you.

VitrA designed to Inspire
Based on market research and customer feedback, VitrA has taken a new approach to the product literature for both the Designer Collection and Bathroom Collection. For each, there is now a consumer- focused brochure as well as a separate brochure for use by the showroom staff. The consumer brochures are
packed with inspiring lifestyle imagery and innovative ideas, making it easy for them to make an informed choice. The technical information is kept simple, with just the essential product dimensions. The retail-focused brochure is more technical with sizes, technical drawings plus information about colours and product features. “We understand how confusing it can be for consumers to choose the

right products by separating the information; we can help to bring some clarity and make the decision making that bit easier. Equally, the retailers can provide excellent customer service by having technical information at their fingertips,” explains Marketing Manager Margaret Talbot. “Consumers want to see the products and be inspired – apart from the basic dimensions and colours options, other technical information is less relevant for them, and importantly it encourages them to discuss the design with their retailer or installer.” The new brochures can be seen online at
