HiB MD named in LDC Top 50 2019


Robert Ginsberg , Managing Director of HiB, has been named as one of the coveted LDC (Lloyds Development Capital) Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders for 2019.The initiative is designed to shine a light on the leaders of medium sized businesses across the UK. A true success story, Tamworth-based HiB has grown from a small bathroom mirror business to a world-leading bathroom product manufacturer, and will be celebrating their 30th anniversary next year. The family-run business has created ground-breaking products for the UK


bathroom industry – including the innovative introduction of steam-free mirrors into the market – and provides the very best in cutting-edge bathroom mirrors, cabinets, furniture and ventilation to showrooms, not only in the UK and Ireland, but also in Europe and the Middle East. Franke sink and tap feature in Your Home Made Perfect kitchen transformation


Franke’s Kubus sink and a Neptune tap have been chosen by a couple on the BBC2 property makeover series, Your Home Made Perfect, in which homeowners can choose from two radically different plans for their properties presented using cutting-edge virtual reality and visual effects. A single bowl Kubus KBG 110-


50 Fragranite sink in stone grey and a complementary brass Neptune swivel tap were selected as part of the overall design by St Alban’s couple Helen and Rob for their industrial style kitchen. The design look was chosen after two architects presented competing plans to transform the back part of the property, which had previously been an assortment of unpractical rooms. Jeanette ward, Franke Communications Manager, says: “We are thrilled that


Helen and Rob chose the design from architect Laura Jane Clark which included our contrasting Kubus sink and striking Neptune tap in brass for their stunning kitchen makeover; they really complemented the modern yet homely warehouse-style kitchen space. “Fragranite is an ideal sink material in a busy family home as it is highly


durable, super hygienic and really easy to clean, making it a practical yet stylish choice.” The programme aired on Wednesday 09 October and is available to watch now on BBC iPlayer.


Consumer Credit Solutions celebrates 20 years of consumer finance for the KBB industry

CS is celebrating 20 years providing consumer finance to the KBB sector.


The business began in 1999 as a partnership and is still owned and managed by its founders Andy Wallace and Peter Nicholson. Since then CCS has grown into the UK’s leading independent finance facilitator working with family-run and regional businesses, as well as some of the country’s top brands. Managing Director Andy Wallace reflected, “Twenty years is an incredible milestone for the business.
