“Winning the BKU Industry Newcomer of the Year award means the world to me. After a complete career change from frontline children’s Social Care, I took a leap of faith and poured everything I had into building the business, one step at a time. It’s been a journey filled with long days, (very) late nights and so many learning curves. This recognition feels like a moment to stop, breathe, and really take in what we’ve achieved. It means so much to be creating something that supports my young family as well as the amazing team who’ve believed in this vision alongside me. It’s given me even more drive to keep growing, learning, and building something to be proud of.”
