Regal Kitchens – Essex’s Newest Kitchen Showroom is Open for Business!

R

egal Kitchens in Chelmsford have set a high bar when it comes to Kitchen Design and Customer Service during its 15 year history at their flagship store at Navigation Road. In October the local, award winning, family business, relocated to their brand new showroom, after 3 months working to renovate a new warehouse into a stunning showroom. Boasting 10 beautiful displays showing off the latest innovations and colour palettes. Since their Grand Opening the new Regal premises has been well received by the local community.

At the end of September, the kitchen experts attended the KBSA (Kitchen and Bathroom Specialist association) conference and awards held at the Belfry Hotel and received another accolade to add to their ever growing trophy cabinet. The coveted Customer Service Award is only bestowed on the company with the provably highest standards of client care.

To mark the opening of their new showroom, Regal organised a Neff demonstration day in November, officially opened by the local Mayor and featuring a finalist from this year’s MasterChef competition. Anurag Aggarwal was joined by Yui Miles, who was a quarter finalist on MasterChef in 2019 and her first cookbook ‘Thai Made Easy’ was released in September this year. The chefs prepared fusion dishes together during the event for all attendees to sample whilst they meet the Regal staff and enjoy complimentary drinks.

durability, repair, recycle and reuse aspects. In addition a Road Map for 2024 was discussed and agreed, which includes priority for a focus on visibility and working on initiatives such as training and retailers.

Timo Kopka, formerly acting Chair of the Technical

Committee and associated WGs, was elected as Chair of the Technical Committee.

Jon Schroder of BIM Object joined the meeting to give

a presentation on a new partnering initiative. He outlined how the proposed project will bring two important ‘tools’ together, and increase awareness of the UWL via its online presence, which has 4 million registered user across the construction industry.

Unified Water Label Association MD Yvonne Orgill said, “It was a very positive meeting and we have exciting plans for 2024. Market transformation is happening, we have full support from industry and the UWLA is influencing at all levels. From grass roots level with young people in schools, through retailers, merchants and installers, to government bodies and associations.

“The UWL has grown substantially with increased registrations and improved visibility of the label in the marketplace. Registrations are growing every week with respected brands coming on board, and other countries requesting the Unified Water Label, such as Iceland and Malta.” Carlos added, “We have made great progress but our challenge remains to continue to improve visibility of the label in the marketplace. We will be present at several industry exhibitions in 2024, these include Mostra Convegno, in Milan in March and Installer UK in June. “We enter 2024 in a strong position. We have the products and the label, and we also have the solutions. Greater visibility in the marketplace will secure our success and leadership on water efficiency.” For more information visit the website.
