WS, a fifth-generation family business has been leading the design, supply and distribution of kitchen components to the trade for over a century.
From its extensive site in County Durham, the company prides itself in bringing together market leading products with compelling consumer brands, to support what customers do best: creating, making and selling exceptional kitchens.
Doors
Throughout 2017, PWS extended its door offering by launching over 16 new ranges, and two completely new styles; Ellerton and Lichfield. Further to this, January 2018 will also see the addition of new colour ranges across five key door families, Mornington Beaded, Morning Shaker, Fitzroy, Porter and Remo, complimenting an already extensive range and reflecting the company’s commitment to strengthening its market proposition by adding greater value for customers.
With continued investment scheduled for Spring 2018, PWS will also see the addition of a dedicated paint-to-order facility at its Newton Aycliffe site. The new paint-to-order operation will take PWS’ painted offer to a new level and addresses a growing market demand for individual finishes and a broadening colour palette.
Worksurfaces
In addition to brands such as, Silestone, Corian and Dekton, PWS also has its own bespoke range; Strata. From its factory in Newton Aycliffe, each worktop is individually designed and manufactured using the highest quality Granite, Quartz, Solid Surface, Ultra Compact or timber, to help create the perfect space for the end consumer, whilst
maintaining a comprehensive product offering for trade customers.
Design Centres
PWS has two state-of-the-art design centres’ in both the North and South of the UK, servicing the trade, designers, and retailers. With over 28 realistically-sized kitchen displays, the centres showcase the complete PWS product offer, including sample doors from over 70 furniture ranges, a wide variety of key kitchen components, dedicated areas for Kesseböhmer storage solutions, waste disposal, worksurfaces and lighting. Situated in County Durham and Slough, the design centres will play a key role in hosting consumer training courses and events throughout
2018, providing an additional opportunity to offer support to all trade customers across the country. With an exceptional customer service department and dedicated online ordering facility, PWS offers an easy and flexible one-stop-shop.
