Abode launch STRIA kitchen sink and tap packs


Take convenience to the next level with Abode’s new STRIA configurable sink and tap packs. Value-driven without sacrificing on quality, the new STRIA packs offer a range of options, including two sink models made of 0.7mm thick stainless steel for extra rigidity, and a choice of monobloc mixer taps in three distinct styles: mini, single lever and dual lever.


The greater thickness of the steel STRIA sink is truly unique, it exceeds the current market standard at only 0.5mm thick to provide a higher grade of specification throughout the wet zone. Plus, each STRIA stainless steel inset sink and drainer is available


BC Designs launches three new Cian baths exclusive to bricks-and-mortar showrooms


C Designs has introduced three new additions to its Cian bath collection, launching the Westmere, Cavendish and Highcroft models as showroom-exclusive designs available only through bricks-and-mortar bathroom retailers.

The move reflects a deliberate strategy to support independent and specialist retailers at a time when margin protection, differentiation and in-store expertise are becoming increasingly important. By restricting availability to physical showrooms, BC Designs is offering retailers a clear point of distinction on the shop floor, while limiting direct online price comparison and reinforcing the value of face-to-face specification.


All three baths are manufactured from Cian, BC Designs’ proprietary solid surface material, chosen for its smooth finish, durability and suitability across both contemporary and more traditional bathroom settings. The new designs allow retailers to offer freestanding baths that feel confident in their design language while remaining practical to specify and install, supporting conversations around material quality, longevity and everyday usability.


Adam Smith, National Sales Manager at BC Designs, explains that the launch is intended as a clear statement of commitment to the showroom network, recognising the investment retailers make in displays, product knowledge and customer guidance. By keeping these models exclusive to


physical retail, BC Designs aims to protect margins while enabling more meaningful, design-led discussions with customers.


The launch also marks the beginning of a wider programme of retailer-first product development, with further showroom-exclusive lines planned for release over the coming months.
