Tim Lloyd brings over two decades of senior financial leadership experience to Lakes and has worked across a diverse range of sectors including manufacturing, engineering, construction and software. Having qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in 2005, Tim has worked in both UK-based and international roles, building a strong track record of strategic financial management in complex environments.
At Lakes, he will oversee all aspects of the financial planning and analysis, establishing processes, guiding strategic decision-making and ensuring the company remains well-positioned for further expansion and hitting its ambitious goals. Speaking of his new role, Tim said: “I’m looking forward to my time at Lakes. It’s an exciting time to be joining the team, who have all been incredibly welcoming and supportive.

The entry form requires the completion of a 75 word summary, up to a 750 word submission, high-resolution logo and up to 5 high-resolution photographs. The Awards are free for TTA members to enter and to be eligible, products need to have been launched during 2025 and any projects or initiatives need to have been completed in 2025. “Winning the Award has been really good for me and I would encourage all fixers to look seriously at entering this year. I have certainly found that it has greatly increased the profile of my business,” said Sharon Taylor from Viva Tiling.
