Speed, ease and security in modern system
The Buteline system is a secure, leak-free plumbing and heating system, with a quick and straightforward installation process. Check out the video via the QR code (above) and see it’s simply a matter of cut, insert and clamp (crimp). Once the pipe is cut and inserted into a fi tting, a Buteline clamp tool (or press gun) is used to make an exceptionally strong, secure, maintenance-free connection. Joint completion is clearly indicated by the resulting fl are on the clamp ring. Thermally effi cient Buteline PB-1
barrier pipe is fl exible and very easy to handle, suitable for many applications, including hot and cold potable water, chilled water, central heating and underfl oor heating. Any UFH pipe leftovers can be used on the plumbing
system, reducing waste. No de-burring of the pipe is required and Buteline off er pre- insulated pipe in red and blue for extra convenience. Buteline fi ttings are made from
recyclable materials and are a slimline one-piece design with no O-rings, grab rings or inserts to reduce the likelihood of leaks (water wastage). Fittings are integrally strong and durable, moulded from a high tensile premium grade thermoplastic, pre-fi tted with annealed aluminium sleeves. A variety of transition fi ttings are also available, providing compatibility with copper and various pushfi t options. The Buteline system is backed by a 25
year guarantee, off ering peace of mind. ◼

Neat and orderly approach to securing domestic pipework
Designed to provide a straightforward method of securing domestic pipework in a range of installation settings, Talon’s Quick-Locking Single Clip holds pipes fi rmly in place using a snap-tight locking top, helping to keep pipework secure during and after installation. The clip incorporates a raised stand-off , allowing space for insulation and supporting heat circulation around both hot and cold pipe runs. The clip is UV-stabilised and resistant
to temperature changes, making it suitable for indoor and outdoor use. A wide base reduces the risk of the clip being pulled into plaster, while reinforced sides add rigidity. The Quick-Locking Single Clip is available in 15, 22 and 28mm sizes, with colour options including white and yellow for gas applications, and red and blue for hot and cold pipework. Alongside the single clip, Talon
produces a Double Quick-Locking Clip, to hold two pipes using a single fi xing point. This version is suitable for applications such as heating systems where parallel fl ow and return pipework is required. Additional accessories include Quick- Locking Spacers, which raise the clip from the fi xing surface, and Quick- Locking Reducers for fi tting smaller pipes into larger clips. “I much prefer the overall look of
the quick locking range,” says heating engineer Ryan Mills. “They also sit further from the wall which works better for insulating the pipework and have a neater looking spacer. It fi ts the clip perfectly. The pipework sits evenly apart without the need of additional spacers while still only needing to apply a single screw.” ◼
