Klaus Marzell joins to drive growth across Germany and the wider DACH region, bringing more than 30 years’ experience working with technology vendors, service providers and enterprise consultancies. In Italy, Matteo Badii brings over two decades of telecommunications and wholesale experience, strengthening strategic partner relationships and identifying new opportunities across the technology and telecoms ecosystem. Te expanded team will support service providers, telecom
operators, SASE providers and technology partners looking to simplify service delivery, extend their market reach and access global connectivity capabilities through trusted channel relationships. GCX is also enhancing the partner experience through
improved pricing and quoting capabilities, AI-powered tools for faster budgetary pricing, and expanded onboarding, training and support resources. Continued investment in automation and operational improvements aims to simplify engagement throughout the partner lifecycle. Te company plans to build on a 50% increase in its channel
partner base through targeted recruitment, increased co-sell activity and deeper regional collaboration, helping partners unlock new opportunities and deliver greater value to customers worldwide.
KnowBe4 KnowBe4 has named Kurt Mills as its new channel chief who will lead the evolution of its partner programmes, operations and routes to market, reflecting a wider investment in its ecosystem. Mills brings more than 25 years of experience in channel leadership, having held senior roles at Check Point
Soſtware Technologies, Mimecast, FireMon and Blue Coat Systems. His background includes building high-performing teams and partner networks through IPOs, acquisitions and periods of rapid expansion. Mills joins a growing channel leadership team that includes
recent vice president appointments Neill Burton and John Noha, both supporting global initiatives. KnowBe4 said the expanded team will focus on equipping partners with the programmes, tools and resources needed to capture new opportunities and deliver greater value to customers as partners take on a more central role in the customer lifecycle.

KnowBe4’s ambitions. “Andrew has spent his career proving that global organisations can grow with the speed and disruption of a startup. His relentless drive and operational vision will be key as we extend our market leadership position.” Kanzer previously served as managing director at Xero, the
cloud accounting platform. He has also led Intuit’s Mid-Market and Financial Services Sales organisations and held the vice president global SMB and mid-market sales role at PayPal. Commenting on his appointment, Kanzer said the convergence
of human behaviour, AI agents and cybersecurity represented “the most exciting frontier in tech today”. Synaxon Synaxon UK has expanded its team with two key personnel moves designed to strengthen partner support and enhance category management. Stella Chebet has joined the business
as Customer Services Account Manager, bringing close to eight years’ experience in sales and customer success across retail
and telecommunications. She will manage partner orders, handle RMA enquiries and ensure smooth, timely updates throughout the order process. Meanwhile, Jamaine Francis moves into the role of Category
Manager aſter more than three-and-a-half years in customer services. He will take responsibility for managing stock profiles across key vendors and ensuring partners have access to the right products at competitive prices. Mike Barron, UK Managing Director at Synaxon, said: “As our
business develops, we want to continue offering personalised support and building on the close relationships we have formed with our partners.
