Anzu Chris Blight has joined in-game advertising company
Anzu.io to lead its global demand team. Blight has been part of the UK
ad industry for 18 years, having worked as UK Commercial Director at Opera Mediaworks and Sales Director at Autotrader, and spent significant time working at various titles across Haymarket Publishing and Reed Business Information. He was also part of the original team from 4th Screen Advertising who was acquired by Opera back in 2012, and was instrumental in their rapid growth ahead of the surge in mobile advertising. Blight also has extensive experience in the gaming sector, having
worked as UK Country Manager for AdColony for the past two years, making him a valuable addition to Anzu’s global demand team who are working with advertisers worldwide on their in-game advertising strategies.
Exertis Group Exertis has appointed Kim Lonas as Global Diversity & Inclusion Programme Lead. In this newly created
position, Lonas will drive the development of Exertis’ Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategy. Tis involves evangelising and project managing the strategy implementation across the division, whilst ensuring ownership and accountability is embedded within each business through the leadership teams and the Global Diversity & Inclusion Council. Lonas will play a key role in actively encouraging broader cultural
and positive change with particular focus on how the business serves underrepresented groups and ensuring every voice is heard. Lonas’ most recent role was HR Director, Exertis North America.
Lonas has been at Exertis North America (previously Stampede) for six years and is based in Buffalo. Since joining Exertis North America, Lonas has been active in driving the D&I agenda and has been a contributing member of AVIXA’s Diversity Council for the past three and a half years. Lonas is co-lead for DCC’s Inclusion & Diversity project workstream and co-chair of the AVIXA Women’s Council of Western New York.

At Aqua, he will help scale the security programme, shape strategies to advance innovation in cloud native security and work with customers to enhance their cloud native security posture. Calatayud has spent more than two
decades leading product and security teams for companies across industries ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups. Most recently, Calatayud served for over four years as Chief Security Officer at Palo Alto Networks and prior to that, he held various security, privacy and risk roles at SANS, FireMon, and Code42 among others. “Security is at the core of what we do, and our ability to secure
our own systems is as important as our ability to help our customers secure theirs,” said Dror Davidoff co-founder and CEO, Aqua Security. “Paul understands the necessity to be both a manager of our risk and security posture as well as an educator and advisor to our customers. Onapsis Onapsis has appointed Rocco Donnino as Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Alliances and Channels. Donnino brings more than two
decades of alliance and channel, corporate development, and executive sales management experience to the company. Before joining Onapsis, he served as the Executive Vice President of Strategic Alliances at Unbound Security, where he supported the company’s successful acquisition by Coinbase. In this role, he was tasked with establishing partner, system integration, MSSP, and OEM relationships worldwide. Previously, Donnino held several technology and channel leadership roles at Titan HQ, McAfee, Microsoſt, and AppRiver, acquired by OpenText.
