Did you run any promotions over Black Friday, and if so, were they beneficial for your business? We did but they were large reductions. With some of our brands we didn’t run any at all and still had good sales. It is still worth acknowledging it as an event given the traffic and footfall that is around.
Will you be running any deals over Christmas? No, bar some small activity post Boxing Day.
Do you notice an uptake in business over the Christmas period? Yes, higher year on year average order values and higher conversion rates compared to this time last year. Traffic has more intent which is good as there is less of it.
Did you run any promotions over Black Friday, and if so, were they beneficial for your business? No! Black Friday/Cyber Monday are American holidays, as a UK business I have no need to celebrate non-UK events!

Did you run any promotions over Black Friday, and if so, were they beneficial for your business? Nothing specific, the current online stock liquidation trends of the big chains/online retailers are leading my pricing generally so almost at bottom line on products to compete!
Will you be running any deals over Christmas? A few kids bike offers of models I have stocked and focused on.
Do you notice an uptake in business over the Christmas period? No, generally we don’t see many ‘present’ buying but this year have got kids’ bikes put away, this has not been the case for the last two seasons.

Did you run any promotions over Black Friday, and if so, were they beneficial for your business? Yes we did, not particularly beneficial on bikes but smaller stocks such as cleaning products, did appear more popular.
