A NEW Specialized brand store, located on Rutland Water’s South Shore, has opened its doors. Customers can browse two floors of Specialized bikes, including road, mountain, hybrid, electric and kids’ bikes. VAAST and Niner bikes have opted to go dealer direct in the UK, and are now looking for retail partners. The two bike
brands, both owned by US holding company United Wheels, said the move shows their commitment to the UK market, hoping to offer ‘an improved infrastructure to deliver top level service to UK IBDs’. Vaast and Niner were previously distributed in the UK by
ZyroFisher. Niner and Vaast said they are looking for retail partners who
can commit to floor space for the brands, and said they can offer healthy stock levels and fast delivery times. ●

CYCLING distributor Tandem Group has officially opened its new specialist e-mobility showroom in Birmingham, Electric Life. The new store
follows the launch of the Electric Life website earlier this year, as Tandem aims to offer a multi-channel experience for e-bikes and e-scooters. Electric Life, located off the M6 in Castle Vale, offers a range of e-mobility brands from the Tandem portfolio, including Dawes, Li-fe, Claud Butler and Falcon. A comprehensive range of JIVR, Li-fe and Inokim e-scooters are available alongside the Sterling Eco electric motorcycles. ●

SPANISH-based bike brand Unno has announced UK availability of its range, as it has opened requests for dealerships. Unno Bikes, based in Barcelona, was founded
by former World Cup downhill rider and industrial engineer Cesar Rojo, and offers a
