NEWS HUB BikeBiz Launches the BikeBiz Podcast

THE TEAM at BikeBiz is proud to announce the latest evolution in our digital journey: the launch of the official BikeBiz Podcast, sponsored by Reid Bikes.

While this marks our first foray into a long-form monthly series, it is a move that builds on a busy 12 months. Throughout 2025, we expanded our multimedia presence, branching further into YouTube with shorts from major trade shows and event visits. We also introduced our ‘mini pods’, focused, 15-20 minute

conversations with industry figures, as well as sharing behind-the-scenes video highlights from factory tours. The BikeBiz Podcast is the natural culmination of that strategy, offering a deeper, more consistent way to engage with the stories shaping our trade.

Hosted by Pedro Couto

Lopes, the new series will drop in the final week of every month. By shifting into a video podcast format, we hope that our content remains more accessible to the industry. Get Involved: As we continue

to expand our video and audio offerings, we want to hear from you.

Hygge Bikes Steps Up UK Retail Expansion for 2026

Look Cycle extends UK pedal distribution partnership with Chicken CycleKit

LOOK CYCLE is extending its distribution partnership with Chicken CycleKit for pedals and cleats across the United Kingdom. Starting February 1st, 2026, Chicken

CycleKit will distribute Look pedals and cleats alongside ZyroFisher Ltd. Then, from July 1st, 2026, Chicken CycleKit will become the sole distributor for all pedal and cleat products in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. The distribution of Look bikes and frames in the UK will remain under the management of Adaptive DCS, Look’s official UK sales agent for bicycles.

HYGGE BIKES says it is ramping up its UK retail presence for 2026, strengthening its sales team and reinforcing a retailer- first approach designed to make working with the brand simple, low risk and commercially attractive for independent bike shops. Hygee says retail partners benefit from

area exclusivity, ensuring protected local sales, alongside marketing support, test rides and servicing. This allows customers to experience Hygge Bikes properly, with trusted local aftersales support. 
