he südback Trend Award is regarded as an important showcase for innovation and advances in the bakery industry. Since 2002, the award has been presented to companies who


actively shape the future of the bakery trade. For the fourteenth time now, companies were able to qualify for the südback Trend Award with outstanding concepts, new product designs and technological innovations.
