Games Valley appoints Shaun Hart as new CFO
Games Valley has appointed former Bragg Gaming Group and Aristocrat Interactive executive Shaun Hart as Chief Financial Offi cer. Hart brings more than 20 years’ fi nancial leadership experience, including roles as Finance Director at Bragg Gaming Group and CFO at Pariplay before its acquisition by Aristocrat.
He will oversee the games aggregator’s
fi nancial strategy as it continues to expand across regulated markets.

Soft2Bet launches World Cup gamifi cation engine

Sportradar partners with Kalshi on prediction markets
Sportradar has signed a multi-year agreement with prediction market operator Kalshi to provide offi cial sports data, integrity services and customer engagement tools. The partnership makes Sportradar an offi cial data and solutions provider to Kalshi, supplying live data and odds across sports including MLB, NHL, MLS and UFC. The agreement also enables Sportradar to work directly with Kalshi’s brokers and market makers, supporting the wider prediction markets ecosystem with offi cial data and trading infrastructure.

PopOK Gaming secures Swiss certifi cation
PopOK Gaming has received certifi cation to supply its online casino portfolio to licensed operators in Switzerland.
The approval allows the supplier to enter one of Europe’s most tightly regulated online gambling markets, following compliance testing covering game fairness, security and player protection requirements.
Swiss operators will have access to a selection of PopOK Gaming’s slot and instant win titles, with further content expected to follow. The certifi cation forms part of the company’s broader strategy to expand across regulated European jurisdictions.
