The Neos Bombardier B-Belt has been designed for printing on the most common surfaces, like aluminum and tinplate, usually used for bottle-closures, aerosol, and other cans. The major benefit for the metal-printing industry is the short changeover-time between two print- jobs. Inkjet can print continuously ever- changing designs; every sheet can be printed differently. The profitability of small print jobs is no longer a problem and with a productivity of ca. 2.500 sheets per hour, an output of 20.000 square meters during one shift is achievable. The exact positioning of the image on the sheet is guaranteed by the unique Neos AIPS (Automatic Image Positioning System) and the proprietary Neos VST-Vision System Technology measures the output image,
identifies minor deviations to the print- master and immediately corrects it, thus ensuring highest print quality also over long runs. The specific UV LED-curing inkjet inks of Neos demonstrate highest flexibility whilst being compliant with food-contact- regulations.
With a turnover of 15 million euros, half of which is generated by exports, Neos is a continuously growing reality. Also aiming to continue this ascent, recently the company took a significant step by relocating its headquarters to Fiorano Modenese (Modena-Italy), a strategic move that allowed it to expand its operations and integrate the production with InkGenio, a company specialized in inkjet ink and their customization.
