“In the past, we’ve been very

limited on space and unable to work as quickly as we’d like,” said project manager Michal Druzkowski. “The new space will give us a chance to develop and speed up our production to continue to give our customers the fastest return on their investment with the highest quality in the industry.” A new 60,000-square-foot

facility was added that will be used primarily for conveyance assembly,

opportunities we’ve been awarded in Europe, planning and executing the work in our current facility has been challenging, to say the least,” said Rob Campbell, division president, manufacturing. “Our new facility will more than double our fabrication and assembly space. This, coupled with our investment in automated manufacturing and finishing equipment, will allow us to increase our output and improve our project schedules. “Our DÄ™bno, Poland facility and

our Polish and Ukrainian staff members are a shining example of Roeslein’s commitment to manufacturing excellence and customer satisfaction.” Over the last year, the Polish factory has increased its output by 74%. The completion of this expansion will continue to support the drastic increase in production allowing Roeslein to

Pride Conveyance Systems’ Spiral Conveyor, which was being dismantled for shipment to a customer. It’s designed to accumulate cans when production equipment downstream malfunctions or during a can change. Spirals move cans in one direction as an elevator or both directions as bi-directional. This means the Spiral can hold up to 64,000 cans at any one time. The advantage to this is that

the modular execution strategy allows for the ease of installation with minimal downtime. This greater accumulation improves line efficiency, and an increase average output of up to 1%, with a rapid payback of capital investment. At a footprint of just 325 square feet, the Spiral promises fewer downed cans, and ensures more cans are out the door day-to-day. Pride’s service offerings include

full-service client lifecycle support for a growing install base of conveyance systems. Lifecycle support services with Pride include spare parts, technical support, conveyance assessments, retrofit and rebuild packages, as well as global field support. These services ensure continuous travel of cans throughout the entire process system with minimal downtime and interruption of can flow.
