7. Azpects’ EASYJoint Select range Developed from Azpects’ EASYJoint Original, EASYJoint Select is an all-year-round jointing compound developed especially for ceramic and porcelain paving.
The EASYJoint Select range offers a quick and easy way to fill joints in porcelain paving. The range is available in four new colours: Tungsten, Carbon, Bronze and Jet Black. EASYJoint Select uses the sweep-in application method. Wet the paving, brush in the compound, then strike the joints for a professional finish.

XL Joinery’s Simpli Advanced range The doorsets in the range can be matched to XL Joinery’s range of internal door designs – including Suffolk, Palermo and Monza – and the oak, handle, viewer and intumescent seal are all available in various finishing options. The range combines oak door manufacturing with hardware from ASSA ABLOY, available with either FD30 or FD60 fire protection. Batwing drop and perimeter seals from Lorient prevent the passage of smoke and fire, along with the closing force of the ASSA ABLOY door closer.
The PAS24 and Yale Platinum 3 Star Cylinder delivers first-class protection against the common attack method of lock- snapping. For further protection, the FD60 option features the Yale Lockmaster lock and deadbolt.

10. Knightsbridge’s wireless doorbell range Knightsbridge has introduced new battery- powered and plug-in models.
Comprising a receiver and bell push, the chimes include 58 ring tones and volume control of up to 110dB. Additional receivers and bell pushes can be added and with an operating range of up to 200m, outbuildings or sheds can be catered for.
Two ready-made kits are available: the dual entrance kit with two bell pushes and one plug-in receiver, and the dual receiver kit with one bell push and two plug-in receivers. There is also a motion-activated kit with plug- receiver and wireless motion sensor. The wireless plug-in versions are available in black or white, while the battery-powered models come in white only. Bell pushes are IP55 rated and include a door number sleeve on the body of the device.

12. AKW launches Livenza Plus sanitaryware. The range features rounded edges and corners to minimise potential fall injuries, and a rimless pan to prevent the build-up of bacteria. The cistern comes with either a push button flush, a raised version or lever handle option. There are two soft-close seat options that can support up to 150kg and a 59mm toilet plinth to accommodate raised-height design requirements.
The range also meets the revised requirements of the Water Regulations Advisory Scheme (WRAS).
