1. BLANCO releases EVOL-S Pro 4-in-1 tap in matt black


The drink.filter EVOL-S Pro tap delivers standard hot and cold water from the mixing lever on the right, while the scaling wheel on the left measures the amount of cold. The rotary control and measuring dial lets the user select cold or boiling filtered water. The water is delivered through a second spout while the main spout features a magnetic holder and dual spray for mixed water. For boiling and cold filtered water, a BWT five-stage filter system is used. The 100⁰C water is delivered from a 4-litre hot water tank. A digital flowmeter alerts the user when the filter needs replacing.www.blanco.co.uk

Kudos expands Pinnacle8 collection Kudos is offering a 1000mm quadrant, four new offset quadrants (900x800mm, 1000x800mm, 1000x900mm & 1200x800mm) and two new door sizes to the hinged range (1100mm and 1300mm) that are suitable for use in either corner or recess installations. At 2000m in height, the enclosure sizes range from 760mm to 1800mm. All models feature crystal-clear seals and 8mm toughened safety glass.


The enclosures are easy to install with a slimline wall profile with concealed fixings maintaining 20mm wall adjustment. SmartSeal technology is used on the crystal-clear seals and glass-to-glass corner join seals to ensure a water tight bond. The worksurfaces are supplied unfinished in European Oak, Iroko, Brown Ash, Walnut and Country Beech.The pre-oiled Oak options include a clear finish or stained effects in Chalk, Fossil and Espresso.

6. Makita expands XGT 40VMAX range The HS009G Circular Saw has a brushless motor and XGT battery technology. The cordless machine is compatible with the 191141-8 guide rail and it can produce bevel cuts up to 1° left and 60° right, with positive stops at 22.5° and 45°. It offers a maximum cutting capacity of up to 61mm and a cutting speed of 4,00rpm. The HS009G also features Makita’s Auto Start Wireless System (AWS). The DX15 ‘On-Tool’ Dust Collection System (191X40-4) can be used with drill bits up to 260mm and the depth gauge can be adjusted. With the HEPA filter, the DX15 can capture fine particles for maximum user safety – and the filter can be easily cleaned to ensure longevity.

2. KNIPEX expands Tethered Tools range With its three-part fall protection system,the expanded range is available for over 45 models of KNIPEX’s pliers.


The tether attachment safeguards the ergonomics of the tool. The flexible tether permits a large operating radius and stretches up to 1.5m when under strain. The tether can withstand strain up to 1.5kg.
