2. Composite Prime launches outdoor cleaning spray
Composite Prime, the sustainable composite decking and cladding people have launched a new cleaning spray that treats and removes grease and stubborn oily stains from uncapped decking products. Abzorbit’s works to remove marks from both composite and traditional timber decking products, in residential and commercial projects. The aerosol spray is an ideal solution for high traffic areas which are prone to spillages and stains, including hospitality venues, yachts and outdoor eateries. 3. Makita springs into action Makita UK has launched a new garden machinery redemption scheme. 4. Flex-R adds new Classic
Flex-R’s new ClassicBond PRO EPDM features a fleece reinforced layer to provide 180% greater tear resistance, no shrinkage and 40% greater puncture resistance when compared to standard EPDM membranes. The combination of a polyester fleece layer laminated to the EPDM provides a stronger and thicker membrane that is ideal for overlaying almost all flat roofing substrates. The flexibility of the EPDM allows for seamless angle changes while the enhanced adhesion of the polyester fleece makes installation to upstands of any height a possibility. Easy to handle on the roof, the membrane measures 1.52m x 12.2m and weighs 75% less than a bitumen felt system. Installation is now even quicker and easier with the Pre-applied Seam Tape (PST) and a complimentary range of low odour ClassicBond PRO Adhesives. No flames or heat are required during the installation. ClassicBond PRO can be installed over a range of substrates and is suitable for all types of green roof systems.
